Embracing our heroes!

Pam Eckler, 2nd Vice President & Membership

Our members of the American Legion Auxiliary in the Department of Georgia are the most important part of our organization.  Without members, we cannot help our Veterans and deliver our worthy programs in our communities.  Our goal in 2024-2025 this is is different than in the past - we are able to set achievable goals for each unit and the leadership team is ready to surround our smaller units in rural communities that may need some help.

2024-2025 Membership Theme:

Strengthening our Membership: The Department of Georgia will increase membership by promoting volunteerism and recruitment in support of Veterans Affairs & Rehabilitation, Children & Youth, National Security, and Americanism.

We ask that all units surround and celebrate your members, recruit more members, retain the ones we have, and reach back and renew members that lapsed a couple of years ago - let's BRING THEM BACK, let’s recruit, retain and celebrate our members across our great state and in our communities.
